2022, a great year for God-loving convos!

My Heart Defect...the Valentine's Post

I was born with a heart defect. If I don’t have a heart transplant, I will die. The only way for me to get a new heart is for someone else to die.  There is no other solution.

Someone else’s life for mine.

You were born with a heart defect. If you don’t have a heart transplant, you will die. The only way for you to get a new heart is for someone else to die. There is no other solution.

Someone else’s life for yours.

Our heart disease is from selfishness, pride, jealousy, deceit, disappointment, abuse, bitterness, anger, and unforgiveness.

And it’s killing us.

Do you want that to be the end of your story?

I don’t.  And neither does Jesus, because He says to us…My life for your life, you can have mine.

If you want it.

Today is not only Valentines Day, but it is also National Organ Donor Day.  How utterly appropriate that the day we celebrate love, we also celebrate organ donors.  For the greatest act of love EVER displayed was the original ❤️ donation.

Jesus is the original ❤️organ donor!!!

But just like many physical bodies reject the donor organ, we spiritually have the choice to embrace or reject Jesus’ life giving gift as well.

Best advice:  this Valentines Day, give your heart to Jesus.  After all, He’s already given His to you.

13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.... John 15:13 King James Version.

Thank you Jesus! Today, and everyday.  ❤️
